Born the youngest of ten children to Bishop Clarence & Mother Shirley Jackson, Prophetess Kim has always had a strong sense of family and community. Married to her husband, Ellis Lindsey, for 27 years; and the mother of three children : Brennen, Scott and Ashley Lindsey, she not only comes from a great legacy, she also has a strong foundation to leave a legacy in this world.
Prophetess Kim has been in ministry for many years and has had her fair share of duties within the church. She has served in several capacities, such as Evangelist, Counselor, Chaplain, Youth/Children Director, Ministry Administrator, Praise & Worship, Intersession, Missions. She has been faithful in her duties but most importantly to her God! Which led to her walking in the Prophetic Office that she holds now. She is known by a phrase that she coined, "We are to hear God clearly, and obey Him quickly!"

Prophetess Kim is a genuine spirited lover of God and of humanity. She cares for people sometimes beyond their capacity to care for themselves. God has graced her to minister to the broken across the nation, often through gifts of healing, word of knowledge, prophecy, and many other ways that God continues to use her.
She is currently a Senior Leader at the House of Refuge Ministries International, under the leadership of Pastor Sharon "Shay" Foley. She is a Life Coach that offers coaching and counseling sessions to help others grow and flourish in various circumstances.

PASTOR SHARON R. FOLEY
Born the eighth of ten children to Bishop Clarence L. and Mother Shirley Jackson; a great history of heritage, wealth, and legacy. Pastor Sharon affectionately known as Pastor Shay is a mother of two Chantel E. Varnado (Phillip C. Varnado) and David O. Foley. She is also the grandmother of one, Jayden Rose. Pastor Shay is an exemplary model to her family, community, and all those that she serves. She aims to train and equip leaders in the Kingdom of God for His glory.
Pastor Shay has been a resident and servant of the Englewood area for over 35 years. She is no stranger to hard work, dedication, and resilience. As a resident of a community that many have deemed as an irreconcilable place, as a mother who has had to raise two children on her own, and as a leader who has fought for the broken, misguided, and castaways, Pastor Shay is a known warrior! She does not only fight for justice on a daily basis yet she has learned to be a skilled warrior in the spirit.
Pastor Shay is a pioneer of the gospel; she accepted the Lord as her Savior in 1980, and has gracefully served ever since. She has been an Evangelist, Women's Ministry Lead, Intercessory Prayer Lead, Deliverance Minister, Counselor, and now Pastor. Her love for God has been on public display for many years as encourages many to say "Yes" to the Lord. Her "Yes" to the Lord led to exploration of the call that she now possesses. As a result the Lord led her to Alabama, where she worked in ministry at True Deliverance Holiness Church. The time spent there illuminated many gifts that the Lord placed in her. Ultimately, she formed a bond with the first family of the church, resulting in Bishop Nolan T. Tolbert serving as her overseer. Additionally, during her time in Alabama, the Lord revealed to her that He had changed her name to Consuela, which means counselor and she continues to serve in that capacity.
Pastor Shay is the Senior Pastor and Founder of the House of Refuge Ministries International established in 2013. Pastor Shay is currently walking in legacy fulfilled as she has received the mantle of The Pastoral call and the ministry of Deliverance of her father, a great giant in the faith, the late Bishop C.L. Jackson. Pastor Shay is a great counselor and a dynamic preacher. God has gifted and anointed her in the areas of discerning of spirits, deliverance, word of wisdom, and much more she encourages her ministry to operate in the five fold.
Pastor Shay not only serves in the Kingdom of God but her compassionate and genuine heart is seen in her daily service. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and serves in the field of social work.
